Everything was amazing, had a good stay on a long road trip. The staff were more than helpful and recommended nearby attractions. Comfy and easy location, Mobile Regional airport was 12 miles away. This hotel was located in a very convenient area.

The friendliness of the staff.

Extended Stay is a three level hotel. The outside stairwells are grimy, that needs to be power washed.

The staff was excellent and the setting was favourable.

The beds were very comfortable , and the top floor was a plus because there was no overhead traffic. The staff was very accommodating to our request.

The location was perfect for us, close to everything we wanted to do, making it a great base to explore the area.

Did not have coffee in room, lobby area, elevator, and outside of room dirty.
